To ensure a successful return, please make sure that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

You have the proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation).

The item does not have any stains, sweat marks, or fragrance/perfume odors.

4. The Process: How to Initiate a Return

Request: Email us at helloconnectsuidhaga.com or WhatsApp us at +91 97730 01771 with your Order ID and photos of the product.

Pickup/Shipping: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (serviceable pin codes only). If a pickup is not available, you may need to ship the item back to our Vasai – Virar address.

Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will perform a quality check.
5. Refunds

Approved Refunds: If the item passes quality check, your refund will be processed within [7-10] business days.

Mode of Refund: * Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the defect. We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no extra cost to you.
7.Shipping Policy – All the products will be delivered within 7 working days to your location
